Episode 2: Encountering Zion

Welcome to our show Todd Talks with BRIDE Ministries’ Senior Leader, Todd Edwards. This episode will be featuring the series Encountering Zion. In this show, Todd will help everyone declare an understanding of WHO and WHAT Zion is.

This is NOT a study about Political Zionism. Encountering Zion is a series meant to engage the hearts, souls, and spirits of those who listen, you will receive revelation as you listen. This will be an extremely insightful and exciting show that you will not want to miss!

Getting an understanding of the body as a realm: your breathe, feet, and heart are realms. We are to engage with Zion, to interact realms and overlap, this is in order to feel Zion’s heart more. We learn the plans of Zion and the heart of God, His heart realm is better understood as we interact with Zion.

Who is Todd Edwards:

Todd Edwards is a senior executive in a software company and has over three decades of experience in building enterprise sales organizations.

1) Vocabulary from the study:

a. Rod of the inheritance = Rod is the same word as tribe. So, when Yeshua comes from the branch or the rod of David (the tribe of David). The Bible says Yahweh is going to strike the nations with His tribe/His rod. It’s one in the same… which makes sense because if you think about in old times Moses had a rod, which was a tree branch (which is a tribe). Israel with the twelve branches or the twelve tribes (also twelve rods). So, when you see rod and you think about rod it is going to be something that is going to fend off the wolves from the sheep, rod is going to provide correction for the sheep. Yahweh is literally saying His tribe, which means US… we will do that. It’s not some prop, it’s US that will do fend off the wolves and provide correction! Todd Edwards

b. My judgement to rest = “So what it really means is the judgment shall be violent and sudden into shalom. This is going to be a violent and sudden move, the building of Zion is not over 2,000 years, she’s crying out. And that’s what I’m saying the magnitude of what happened two weeks ago it is going to be sudden and violent and Zion is going to get all of her children. I will make my judgment sudden and violent for a light unto the people. It’s going to be shaking, it’s going to be a massive shaking that is going to take place. Todd Edwards

2) Key scriptures to follow along: Psalm 69:34-36, Psalm 102:11-20, Psalm 74:2, Psalm 76:2, Isaiah 51:1-10 , Genesis 22:17, Ephesians 1:12, Zechariah 14:4, Genesis 48:16, Isaiah 48:17, Isaiah 49:7 & 26, Isaiah 54:1-9, Isaiah 59:16-20, Isaiah 51:11, Psalm 44:1-7, Exodus 15:17 & 27, Exodus 16:1 & 4, Exodus 19:1 & 11, Acts 2, Joshua 4:19, Isaiah 51:12-18, Isaiah 52:1-3, and Revelation 16 &17.

3) Strategy to implement: “Part of the dominion that He has redeemed to us, both then, now and in the future is all the nations of the Earth. That’s why all the kingdoms of the Earth will come under the Kingdom of Yeshua and the government shall be upon His shoulders. And that’s why we are to engage with the shoulder realm of Yeshua.” Todd Edwards
