Episode 13: Encountering Zion Part 13

*This is the Bi-Weekly Saturday Bible Study recording from November 21, 2020*

Welcome to our show Todd Talks with BRIDE Ministries’ Senior Leader, Todd Edwards. This episode will be featuring the series Encountering Zion. Todd will be studying Isaiah 62.

Todd will be talking about the really big concepts in chapter 62, previous chapters have been the build up to the series of building blocks to get to the glory. Isaiah 62 is going to be the high picture for what is going on; this chapter will help change how you view Jerusalem.

In this study, Todd will discuss the latter rain, and us needing to be obedient to manifest the presence of God, which happens as Yeshua is birthed through us. You will receive revelation as you listen about how you can only go to the Father because Jesus is in you. You will get understanding of the new name overcomers will receive… which is Yeshua.

1. “We were saying then, ‘Yeshua burst through us,’ and yet Yeshua was made lower than the angels and raised above them and crowned with glory. So, wouldn’t it make sense that we were made on earth, lower than the angels, and then we get crowned with glory at some point and time also?” Todd Edwards
2. Vocabulary from the study: 
   1. Salvation (Yeshua, H3444) which is as a lamp. Genesis 15:17 ties together Lamp and burning furnace (which is Mt Sinai) and Yeshua has been made manifest in us. God has committed an oath to take care of Zion. God is saying He will hold His promise to Zion so that Zion births righteousness in full so that Zion can judge.
   2. Righteousness (tsedeq, H6664) the Paleo definition of righteousness is a humble man that bows before the door, Yeshua. The door crossing realms into the heavens, the door of revelation, the door of insight, you only get insight through Yeshua… it’s reserved for God’s righteous.
3. Prayer Strategy:
   1. Daily, bless your spirit (and your family members spirits) and pray that your spirit hearkens diligently to the Voice of Yah, obey his commandments and execute your assignments. Pray that the earth be fertile ground and opens up to the righteousness coming down from heaven (reference Isaiah 45:8).
   2. Start praying for your stuff not to be taken, like your corn & wine. Explore the courts of holiness (reference Isaiah 62:8-9).
