what coaching means here

Imagine having someone trained to pray with you about the hurts of your past and your hopes for the future. This is what Bride Ministries Coaching is. Here, “coaching” isn’t talk therapy, life coaching, psychiatric care, psychedelics, or energy work. Instead, it’s resolving the brokenness that keeps you bound by applying the finished work of Jesus Christ. Your coach invites Jesus in, and He does what no one else can.

what brings people to us

the hurt you see, and the root

Most people reach us with one clear concern, the presenting issue. Often a deeper root sits beneath it.

  • pain that returns

The same anxiety, anger, or grief comes back, even after prayer or rest.

  • gaps and reactions

Lost time, gaps in memory, or strong reactions to ordinary places and people.

  • effort without change

Years of discipline and trying harder haven’t brought lasting results.

  • knowing, not feeling

You believe God loves you but still feel unworthy or far from Him.

  • relief that fades

A prayer or a breakthrough helps for a while, and then the old pattern returns.

  • patterns in the family

The same struggles show up in your home or across generations.

Coaching looks for the root and brings it to Jesus. Your coach journeys with you to find where the pattern began. Jesus heals it, one area at a time.

what changes

what life can look like

These are the changes clients describe over time. They show a direction, not a guarantee.

what coaching gives you

  • Prayer coaching, not talk therapy
  • A faith-based encounter, not a performance
  • A defined method, led by the Holy Spirit
  • One-on-one sessions online, from home
  • Coaches trained in inner healing and deliverance
  • Recommended next steps to keep you moving forward between sessions

which story sounds like yours?

Four stories we hear most. Each one has its own path.

  • 1 the devoted believer

“I love Jesus. Why am I like this?”

You pray, serve, and try harder. You still lose your temper at home and lie awake at night.

Peace that doesn’t last through the week.

  • 2 the servant leader

“God speaks through me, not to me.”

You hear for everyone else but still feel distant from Him.

You spend years guessing the next step.

  • 3 the brave rebuilder

“I’m free now. Why don’t I feel it?”

You got out and keep pushing forward. Fear still wakes you at night, and your own future feels off‑limits.

Your body is safe, and you still carry the weight.

  • 4 the resilient survivor

“Parts of my story are missing.”

There are gaps in your memory and you struggle to find people who believe you.

You survive the days instead of living them.

why it works

can Christians need inner healing and deliverance?

Many people struggle with the idea that a Christian would need deliverance from demonic bondages, but Scripture shows it in Acts 8. Simon believed in Jesus and received baptism. Peter still saw that he was “in the gall of bitterness and in the bond of iniquity” (Acts 8:23, ESV). A believer can belong to Jesus and still carry bondage.

None of this means you’re broken beyond repair. The right answers live in the conscious mind, but the wound lives deeper. That’s how a believer can know the truth and still feel stuck.

why our method works

Our distinct approach to resolving trauma is rooted in the revelation of human design. God made each person body, soul (conscious), and spirit (superconscious), and the heart (subconscious) is where the three meet.

Trauma response overrides the conscious mind, which is why willpower doesn’t work.

Willpower sits in the conscious mind, but most decisions are made at the subconscious level. Trauma creates a disconnect between the two—this is why behavioral modification techniques often fail and presenting issues can remain after years of real effort.

This is the fundamental structure upon which our prayer strategy and coaching practice are built. This is what makes Bride Ministries Coaching unique amidst other approaches to resolving trauma.

It has helped normalize the conversation about dissociation in the Christian world. He is known as a voice of hope and a pioneer in the field of inner healing and deliverance worldwide. His groundbreaking methods use biblical framework, prayer strategy, and the finished work of Jesus Christ to bring hope and healing for situations that the world has deemed untreatable.

is coaching for you?

coaching isn’t for every season

Coaching is most effective when your circumstances and heart align with the Holy Spirit’s leading. Wondering if you’re there? Here are some markers of readiness.

coaching fits when

  • You have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. You’re open to Him working in your sessions. Jesus does the healing, and your coach guides.
  • You have a stable, safe place to live.
  • You’ve had some exposure to Bride Ministries. Through the church, the free prayers, the podcast, or the Institute.
  • You’re open to how God may work beyond the teaching you grew up with.
  • You’re ready to take ownership of your own healing.
  • You can commit to a consistent pace of ministry. About two to eight hours a month at the start.
  • You want ministry, not a diagnosis or medication.

not the right next step yet

  • You’re in danger or in crisis right now. Call or text 988, or call 911. Coaching is not an emergency service.
  • You don’t have a home, or your home isn’t safe. Safety and housing come first. The hotlines at the bottom of this page can help today.
  • You’re new to inner healing and deliverance. Start with the church, the free prayers, or the Institute. Coaching fits once you’re ready to learn the method or need help putting it into practice.
  • You aren’t open to how God may work beyond the teaching you grew up with. Coaching asks you to follow where the Holy Spirit leads. The church and the free teaching are a good place to explore that first.
  • You want a quick fix, or someone else to do the work. Healing takes steady sessions over months. Come back when you’re ready to walk it out.
  • You need medical or psychiatric care. Your health comes first, so please keep walking with your doctor and therapist. Coaching tends to bear the most fruit after psychiatric care, and we would love to walk with you when that season comes.

For the longest time I did not have peace of mind and easily fell into depression when certain things happened but I now feel like the fog in my mind is cleared.

    one to two hours

Each session runs one to two hours, with room for what surfaces.

  • 2–8hours a month

    steady at the start

In the first months, most clients need two to eight hours a month.

  • 8+sessions

    eight or more sessions

questions and next steps

Therapy is treatment. Inner healing is ministry.

Is this therapy?

No. We offer Bride Ministries Coaching. We don’t use drugs, machines, or therapies that need a medical license.

How long is a session?

Each session runs one to two hours, with room for what surfaces.

How often will I meet my coach?

In the first months, most clients need two to eight hours a month. Your coach helps you set a rhythm that fits.

What does coaching cost?

The hourly rate varies by coach. It generally falls between $50 and $175 an hour.

Do I have to tell my whole story?

No. You don’t need to recount your whole history or every trauma. Honest, open sharing makes the process smoother and gives healing room to unfold.

Can I meet with a coach from outside the US?

Yes. All coaching happens online, so none of it is in person. Clients have joined from more than seventy countries, and some of our coaches live outside the US. We are one of the leading online inner healing and deliverance ministries, with coaches who serve in more than one language.

Do I choose my coach?

You can share a preference. Client Care then matches you with a coach based on who is available.

I’m receiving psychiatric treatment or taking psychiatric medication. Will coaching still work for me?

Coaching works best when you are not actively being treated by a psychiatric care provider. Please don’t stop or change any medication on your own. Talk with your prescribing doctor.
